Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a confirmation email straight away, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Our pieces ship direct from our supply partners, which is how we keep prices where they are. It also means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. Most orders arrive within 10 to 25 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery can run longer around public holidays, during peak seasons, or if a parcel is held for customs inspection.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. It can take a few days to begin updating, and may go quiet for a stretch mid-journey. Neither means the parcel is lost.

Split shipments

Order more than one item and they may arrive separately, on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we will fix it if the order has not shipped. We cannot recover parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost orders

If your order passes 30 business days with no tracking movement, email info@lumenandloam.store and we will replace it or refund you in full.
