How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and most arrive within 10 to 25 business days from the date they ship. Our pieces ship direct from our supply partners, which keeps prices down but takes longer than a domestic warehouse. Tracking is emailed to you when the parcel leaves.

My tracking has not updated. Is my order lost?

Almost certainly not. Tracking often takes several days to start showing movement, and can go quiet for a stretch mid-journey. If your order passes 30 business days with no movement at all, email us and we will replace or refund it.

Where do you ship?

Currently the United States only.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?

Not always. If you order several items they may arrive separately and on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Are the solar lights any good in winter?

They work, but expect shorter runtimes. Every solar piece we sell needs several hours of direct sun to fill its battery, so a shorter, cloudier day means less light in the evening. Position the panel where it sees open sky rather than the shade of the house or a tree, and you will get the best out of it.

Do the hardwired fittings need an electrician?

Our mains-powered fittings wire into household electrics and have no plug. If you are confident and competent with outdoor wiring you may be fine, but we recommend a qualified electrician, and they need an existing circuit at the mounting point.

Are bulbs included?

Not on the fittings that take a replaceable bulb. Each product page says clearly whether a bulb is included or whether the LED is built in. Where a bulb is needed we recommend a warm white around 2200K to 2700K.

What does IP65 mean?

It is a rating for how well a fitting keeps out dust and water. IP65 handles rain and spray from any direction. IP44 handles rain but not standing water. Nothing we sell is designed to be submerged, and a few pieces are moisture resistant rather than fully weatherproof, which is stated on those product pages.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns and Refund Policy.
