What to include
If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. It saves a round trip and gets you an answer faster.
Order and delivery questions
Most orders arrive within 10 to 25 business days from the date they ship, and tracking is emailed to you when the parcel leaves. Tracking often takes a few days to start updating, which is normal.
If your order has passed 30 business days with no movement, email us and we will chase it or make it right.
