Choosing
Winter Village is a full snow scene with a red barn and trees. Buffalo Check Gnome sets a gnome on red and black check. Merry Christmas Pine is the plainest, a greeting over pine branches on cream. Pink Gnome takes the same idea in soft pink. Autumn Pumpkin is the one for October, pumpkins and falling leaves.
Where to put it
Just inside a front door, or under a porch. The 80 x 120cm is large enough to read as a hall rug rather than a doormat, which suits a hallway you want to dress for the season.
Care
Shake it out and vacuum. Cool machine wash and dry flat. Roll rather than fold it when it goes away for the year, because fold creases in a printed mat are slow to come out.
