Where to put it
Just inside a front door, or outside one that is properly sheltered by a porch. This is a printed flannel mat rather than a coir scraper, so it belongs somewhere it stays dry. Full weather will flatten the pile and fade the script.
Care
Shake it out and vacuum lightly. Hand wash in cool water and dry flat, away from direct heat. If it arrives creased from folding, lay it flat under something heavy for a day rather than reaching for an iron.
