Flexible Cutting Mat Set

How to use it

Lay the sheet over your board before you start, and keep separate sheets for raw meat and for everything else. That separation is the point of a sheet system, and it only works if you actually keep them apart.

Care

Rinse in hot soapy water and dry flat. Replace a sheet once the surface is deeply scored, because scores hold bacteria no matter how well you wash them.
