A printed mat that reads as a timber floor laid over the floor you already have, from close-boarded planks to cut log ends. It is soft underfoot and it wipes clean, which is the trick: the look of wood in a place where real wood would warp.

Choosing
Pale Parquet and Dark Parquet are laid in blocks. Amber Plank, Honey Pine and Ebony Plank run long boards the length of the mat, from golden through to almost black. Timber Ends and Birch Ends are the unusual ones, a bed of cut log cross sections.
Choosing a size
40 x 60cm is a single standing spot. 50 x 80cm covers a doorway. The 40 x 120cm and 60 x 180cm runners are for a galley kitchen or a hallway, and the 60 x 180cm is long enough to read as a hall runner.
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth and vacuum on a low setting. Keep it out of standing water: the print sits on the surface, and a mat left wet under a sink will lift at the edges.
