How to use it
Hold the sharpener on a flat surface, draw the blade through the coarse slot a few times, then finish in the fine slot. Pull the knife toward you in one steady stroke each time. Sawing it back and forth rounds the edge instead of setting it.
Care
Wipe out the metal dust after sharpening and keep it dry. Do not use it on serrated or ceramic blades, which need a different tool entirely.
