Where to put it
Inside a base cabinet, on an open shelf, or on the worktop beside the sink. The small size fits a cabinet shelf without blocking what sits behind it. The large takes dinner plates and chopping boards together.
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it. Do not leave it standing in water on a wet worktop, since the coating is what keeps iron from marking, and a chipped edge left wet is where rust starts.
