Choosing
The 4 inch is the one that travels, in a picnic basket or a camper kitchen. The 6 inch holds the most and needs refilling least often. The 5 inch is the everyday compromise and the one most people reach for.
Care
Wipe the body with a damp cloth. Keep the ceramic rotor dry and do not put the mill in a dishwasher, because trapped water in the mechanism turns the next grind into a paste.
