S14 Solar Cafe String Lights

The classic cafe or festoon look, running on solar. Larger S14 bulbs hang at intervals along the cable, the kind of lighting strung over a terrace or a beer garden, and there is no cable to run back to the house.

Eight lighting modes are built in, from a steady glow to slower fades, so you can leave it still for dinner or switch to something more festive. The bulbs are shatterproof rather than glass, which matters on a windy night.

Where to put it

Over a patio table, along a balcony rail, or zig-zagged above a courtyard. IP44 handles weather but not submersion, so avoid running it where it will sit in a puddle or take a direct hit from a sprinkler.

Charging

The panel needs direct sun, not just daylight. A full day of charge gives an evening of light, and less in midwinter.
