Slatted Up and Down Wall Light

A black wall light with a slatted face, so the beam that goes up the wall arrives broken into fine lines instead of a flat wash. Downward light stays plain and useful. The effect only really shows on a textured wall, which is where it is worth putting.

Choose 7W for a doorway or a narrow wall and 12W where there is more wall to fill. Both are warm white.

Where to put it

Either side of a garage, along a rendered or brick wall, beside a front door, or on a balcony. A pair spaced evenly reads better than one on its own.

Installation

This fitting wires into mains and has no plug. It needs a circuit at the mounting point, and fitting it outdoors is a job for a qualified electrician unless you are confident with exterior wiring.
