Christmas Gnome Doormat

The Christmas Gnome Doormat is a coir look mat printed with cheerful Christmas gnomes, in the tradition of putting something festive at the door for one month of the year and forgetting about it for the other eleven. It is the kind of small, silly, seasonal pleasure Lumen & Loam is happy to make room for, and it looks right at home beside a wreath.

The surface is a printed coir effect rather than real coconut fiber, so there is no shedding, and a non slip backing keeps it in place on tile or timber. Because the print sits on the surface, this is a mat for indoors or a sheltered porch rather than open weather. Keep it out of standing water, since prolonged wet will lift the print.

One size, 60 x 40cm (23.6 x 15.75in), in four designs. Gnome Trio and Nordic Pair are the plain gnome designs; Winter Greeting and Christmas Truck add a greeting above the artwork. Place it just inside the front door or under a covered porch. Shake it out and brush it down to clean. When it goes back into storage in January, roll rather than fold it so it lies flat next year.
