Printed Dish Drying Mat

An absorbent worktop mat that takes the drips from a draining rack, a coffee machine or a freshly washed pan. The face is printed with a bold retro floral and the back is rubber, so it stays where you put it. Fifteen prints run from quiet white on white to a hot pink daisy, so it can disappear into the worktop or be the brightest thing in a Lumen & Loam kitchen.

An absorbent top layer sits over a soft diatomite core, so water sinks in rather than pooling and the surface dries back within a few minutes. Quick drying is the claim, and the only one. The top wipes clean and resists oil and stain marks, and the rubber backing is non slip on a worktop. Prints include Pastel Daisy on Cream, Coral Daisy on Pink and Folk Floral on Cream, each named for its color and motif.

Four sizes, from 20 x 30cm up to 50 x 80cm. The largest covers a whole draining area and the smallest works as a coffee station mat. Put it under a draining rack, beside the sink, under a kettle, or on the floor beneath a pet bowl. Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it air dry flat rather than soaking it.
