Description
Little faceted globes catching the light are a garden classic, and the Solar Crystal Globe String Lights from Lumen & Loam bring that sparkle without a single cable to the house. Wound through a hedge, draped along a fence or wrapped around a tree trunk, they switch on after dusk and turn an ordinary yard into somewhere you want to linger.
Each globe is a small crystal-cut bulb that scatters light in every direction, so even a modest string looks generous. A solar panel on a ground stake charges during the day and powers the LEDs after dark, with no plug, no batteries and no running cost. The string is built for outdoor use and shrugs off rain. Choose a length to suit the job, from 5 meters with 20 LEDs through 6.5, 9.5, 11 and 13 meter runs up to 22 meters with 200 LEDs, in blue, multicolor and other shades listed in the options.
Position the panel where it gets full sun for most of the day and keep it clear of leaves. Run times depend on how much charge the panel collects, so expect the brightest evenings after sunny days. Bring the lights out for garden parties, patio dinners and holiday decorating, and wipe the globes with a dry cloth as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do the lights get power?
A small solar panel on a ground stake charges during the day and powers the LEDs after dusk, so there is no plug, no batteries and nothing to pay for.
Where should I place the solar panel?
Push the stake into a spot that gets full sun for most of the day and keep it clear of leaves. Sunnier days give the brightest, longest evenings.
What lengths and colors are available?
Six lengths from 5 m with 20 LEDs up to 22 m with 200 LEDs, in blue, multicolor and other shades listed in the options.
Can they stay outside all season?
Yes. The string is waterproof for outdoor use and handles rain along a fence, through a tree or across a patio.
How do I keep them looking bright?
Wipe the globes with a dry cloth now and then and keep the panel clean so it can charge fully. See our Lighting Guide for color temperature, brightness and placement advice.
