Description

The Vintage Iron Hanging Candle Lantern has the honest, slightly weathered look of an old carriage lamp, scaled for a dining table or porch step. Its slim metal frame and clear panes let the flame do the decorating, and Lumen & Loam likes it grouped in pairs down a long table or hung from a hook by the door.

The frame is crafted from metal with a black and gold-brushed finish (also offered in white), fitted with clear tempered glass panes that shield the flame from drafts. A top ring lets it hang from a hook or shepherd's crook, or it stands flat on a tabletop, shelf, pathway or patio. It suits pillar candles, tea lights and LED candles alike; candles are not included.

Each lantern measures about 12 x 10.5 x 25 cm (4.8 x 4.2 x 10 in) and is sold singly or as a pair, in black or white. Use indoors on mantels and sideboards or outdoors on a covered porch for events, parties and weddings. Never leave a burning candle unattended; keep away from flammable materials, children and pets. Wipe the glass with a dry cloth and store indoors between outdoor uses to protect the finish.
